Return-Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 10 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
We do not accept returns on custom work unless it arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please take at least 8 detailed photos of the packaging and the artwork (close-ups and wide shots). Contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping provider.
If damage is confirmed, we will send you a prepaid return label. Once the damaged item is shipped back, we will create and send a replacement piece at no cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and card issuer.
If you don’t see the refund after your bank’s processing period, please check with your card company and bank. If the issue remains, contact us at flashburndesigns.info@gmail.com
