Return-Refund Policy
Returns
We offer Returns on non custom items within 10 days of receipt if you pay for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We DO NOT offer returns on CUSTOM WORK unless the item arrives damaged.
*** If your items arrives DAMAGED please take lots of detailed pictures of the damaged package and the artwork showing the damage and contact us immediately. We insure all our packages and if the shipping service provider damages it we will cover the cost and file a claim with them but they require at least 8 detailed pictures of the damage package and contents.
**If your item is damaged we will provide you a return label and will send a replacement piece as soon as we get confirmation the damaged item is shipped back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping
